    • Extra Person Policy :-
  • Above 12 years - 35% of above rates.
  • Between 6-12 years - 25% of above rates.
  • Below 5 year is Complimentary & without extra bed & will share parent's bed.

  • Check - in & Check - out time 12:00 noon.
  • Above rates are not valid for long weekends & Festive seasons.
  • Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.

Cancellation Policy :-

No Show/ Early Check out / Cancel less than 24 Hours No Refund
Between 24 hours to 5 Days 50% Refund
Between 5 Days to 10 Days 80% Refund
Above 15 Days 100% Refund

Please Note that we serve Simple, Healthy and Hearty food. As we are situated in the Bird Sanctuary and little far from the city hustle bustle so a pre-set menu food will be serve in each meal.

Meals are served as follows:
  • 08:30 - 10:00 Breakfast
  • 13:00 - 14:30 Lunch
  • 20:30 - 22:00 Dinner

(After 10pm serving the food order will be bit difficult for us as our hardworking staff also need some rest but whatever will be possible we’ll do for you!)

It’s a humble request that please do carry any kind of Soft drink, Hard drink, Juices etc with you as we are little far from the city so it will be difficult to provide the same on immediate basis.
